We are really grateful for the help of the watchmaker and staff here! ?We had a nice gold watch that we brought to another jeweler in Westwood for a simple battery change and the other people totally gouged the back of the case and caseback. ?The competent folks at Morgan were able to repair the damage caused by the other jewelers within 24 hours! ?Great people and a nice showroom full of wonderful watches. ?Will bring all of our gold watches here for service in the future!!!
I’m so happy that I chose to bring my work here. ?I had two Aquamarines that were given to me by a relative when I was 3, and had been shopping around for someone I could trust to set them in a ring and pendant.Marcus has an artistic eye and really knows what combos work best to highlight the color and cut of stones. ?At the same time, he really respects your personal tastes and doesn’t try to push anything that may look good technically, but you won’t love. ?The staff here really wants you to LOVE the final product, and I do Pocket Watches! ?Pricing was very reasonable, they had a great selection of stones in house so I could look at different color and shape combos men’s watches, and the staff was super friendly. ?Bonus points for the super cute dogs that hang out in the shop!I will definitely be back to Morgan and Co. for my future jewelry needs!
This is a great, small and personal shop who honors all clients the same. My husband isn’t a big spender but buys all my jewelry from Marcus who ?gives my husband the same respect he would the big spenders.Marcus also standd by his work, forever. He just took my wedding ring set and made it look like new with a new coat rhodium. He never charges us for things like that.Last, Marcus has beautiful things for every budget. New and old. He found a gorgeous antique saphire for my husband and made my wedding band with that. When I wanted a locket one year, Marcus found one perfect for me -This is a stand-up business so hard to find these days.Great staff too – Rosalee is great!
Call me compulsive (you wouldn’t be the first), but I have visited over 50 jewelry stores in the LA area, SF, Seattle, and the Midwest in search of an engagement ring. I wanted something that was classy, so I would enjoy wearing it the rest of my life, but it also had to be unique. This combination of “different and classic/elegant” proved to be hard to find, but I ultimately got the perfect ring for me at Morgan & Co. Their collection of antique rings really stood out to me and set them apart from other jewelers. Of course, they have some contemporary rings and other jewelry and watches, too. Be sure to check Morgan & Co. out in person, rather than relying on their website. There’s a lot to be seen in the store that’s not online. And if you go to store, you have the benefit of Marcus and Emiko’s expertise. They are very genuine and helpful.
From the moment we stepped into this place we felt like we had made the right decision. The staff is super friendly and really knowledgeable in all types of jewelery, including their specialty antique. My fiance and I walked in looking for wedding rings and instantly was shown amazing pieces that would go with her antique engagement ring.We had multiple issues with her engagement ring from a previous jeweler so we were very skeptical at this point about any jeweler. We were sat in the back area with a very nice and knowledgeable woman. I really liked how they took the time to sit with us and go over everything on a one on one basis. She helped us with many different choices until we found one that was perfect. She also explained that they could size the engagement ring and have the owner Marcus look at it. We were a bit reserved about that because of the nightmare from the last jeweler. We did have an initial consultation with her which was great and then met with Marcus.He was very though row and of course knowledgeable in every aspect. We picked out the wedding rings and work had to be done on her band to make the ring from an eternity band to 3/4 of one. He then looked at my fiances engagement ring and we explained the troubles we had been having. It took Marcus less than 5minutes of explaining to us of what work had been done wrong and what he could do to make it right. I saw how much more confident my finance was in this assessment than at any other time with the ring. We still waited for the work to get done on the wedding bands before we left the engagement ring. We picked up the bands and were instantly excited and happy on the job that he did.Exactly what we had wanted and complete professionalism the whole time. We were then confident to leave the ring and Marcus knew how nervous we were so he again re-assured us of everything. In no time at all the ring was ready and we went to pick it up…still a bit nervous. He did an amazing job and it turned out to be everything we had hoped for.The prices are amazing and they never try to up-sell you on anything. Now a days it is really hard to find such a place that is both honest and fair..this is the place! I would HIGHLY recommend Morgan and Company for ANY jewelery needs..whether it be antique or custom. They have a great selection in house and always more to show from their back area. This will be the 1st place that we visit anytime we are looking for jewelry. Thanks for an amazing experience!
We came here to find my fiance a wedding band and found the perfect one! It’s a beautiful shop in a great area. ?The owner and sales people are very knowledgeable and honest. ?If I ever need any jewelry for myself of any repairs I would go here instantly. ?Especially if it is an antique piece that I am cautious about giving over to just anyone. ?They know their stuff!
I cannot say enough about Morgan & Company. ?From the moment I walked in the door, I knew that this wasn’t your typical jewelry store. ?We happened upon Morgan & Company by pure luck, we were looking for a wedding band that would compliment my 1920′s pearl and diamond engagement ring (Which also needed a lot of work, but were told elsewhere that nothing else could be done because how fragile the setting was.). ?Once inside, we learned that Morgan & Company specialized in selling and restoring antique jewelry. ?The first sign that this was THE place for us was when we looked into the jewelry case and saw a pair of antique pearl and diamond earrings that looked like they were made to compliment my engagement ring..we bought them!. ?Then, we found an amazing diamond wedding band. ?It was an eternity band and too big, but Marcus worked with us and he reworked it so that I had the gold band at the base like I wanted….it came out beautifully! ?What really won me over though, was that Marcus explained how he could make my engagement ring what it always should have been (I had dealt with a jeweler before hand that didn’t do quality work.). ?He took the time to explain the entire process of how the work would be done, I was obviously very nervous. ?All and all, I replaced the diamonds on the ring, replaced a few of the pearls that were either worn, damaged, or mismatched by a previous jeweler, and finally had it sized down to the proper size. ?The ring looks absolutely beautiful, I can’t say enough!! ?My fiance also got his wedding band here, it also is perfect. ?All prices are very fair and explained thoroughly ahead of time, no one is there to force you into a sale. ?What I also liked was that their inventory isn’t all out on display, much of it is tucked away, so you never know just what he will pull out to show you. ?So whether you are looking for a simple gift, engagement ring, wedding band, watch, or need quality work done on new or antique jewelry I HIGHLY recommend Morgan & Company…..you won’t be disappointed!! ?They will forever be my first choice jeweler.
My fiance and I had been searching for the perfect engagement ring for months. After looking at dozens and dozens of rings, we found the most amazing, beautiful, and unique ring at Morgan & Co.
